Al Rakha Group of Companies with its subsidiaries operates as a real estate development and Management company in Abu Dhabi, U.A.E. At present our Real Estate division mainly concentrates in two segments: Residential Real Estate and Commercial Real Estate.

Our main activities are leasing the land from Govt. & Local people all over the Emirates and develop as per the location demands (ie. Residential and/or Commercial) and rent it or sell it at the economic rates. The Residential segment develops at present different types of villas and some other land is under development targeting commercial segments as well as residential.

We have several Office Spaces and Residential Flats in new and renowned Buildings. These are for renting as well as for sale purposes to suit client’s needs and more importantly client’s budget.

There are thousands of people that come to the country each year either to find work, or for relocation purpose. All these people need accommodation. Al Rakha offer a full property management service and  24-hour call out service for any electrical or plumbing emergencies that may occur. If any major works or items need replacing due to wear and tear, then we would confirm with you the costs before we continue.

We offer 6 months or 1 year leasing agreement and can be extendable with the mutual understandings of the clients with the Group. As a safe guard to potential damage in the future by the new client we obtain 10% of yearly rent as deposit held by us. After the rental period is over Al-Rakha then go into the property and check the inventory and condition of the property. If any items are missing or broken these items are then replaced from their deposit. Once all this is agreed the balance of the deposit will be returned.

Al Rakha sells undeveloped land to third-party developers or investors. This segment also serves individual purchasers as well as national, regional, and local homebuilders.
